I decided my blog needed a bit of a face lift - sooooo tada! Here is my new blog banner - yep that's all I did!! Oh I did change my clock too! I used that cute alpha of Bren Boone's and if you like it you can still get it at DSA in the Freebies section here . I did kind of cheat off DSA because DSA's site header looks so nice - I wanted to have my own LOL. BUT I honestly can NOT be bothered doing anything fancier on my blog like those gorgeous background pages and stuff - I mean I like to look at them but I can't be stuffed doing one on here. Plus I kind of like the clean look of the white background especially while I am doing my Project 365 LOL.

I found this clip while scrounging around looking for a new Coldplay song for my blog! I was a child of the eighties and I was also a mad keen Cyndi fan. This song just spoke to me when I was an angst riddled teen and it still makes me feel all gooey when I hear it now (in my 40's LOL), I hope you like it too :)

Just for you Carol, here is the recipe for the Carrot Cake LOL. It isn't anything wildly exciting but it does taste yummy. All pieces in the recipe card are from Kay Miller's All Organic kit. I hope that you can read it - if not click on the card and it will show up bigger! Must buzz - I'm for an early night tonight, I have a date with the air-conditioner lmao. Ta ta!

Well I have finished my first ever attempt at a blog banner - What do you think? I have used papers and a gorgeous flower by the lovely and talented Anna , one of Nancy Comelab's gorgeous vintage frames, Lisa Whitney's great blanket stitch & ksharonk's versatile staples - oh and of course a picture of my lovely girls to finish it off :). I think that I have fiddled around with this blog enough for now so I had best go and do some folding and then start ironing school uniforms or I will be up late tonight doing it :) Ta ta for now ......
